George Gendy, MD is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon whose practice includes general orthopedic surgery, knee replacement, hip replacement, fracture care, hand surgery, shoulder surgery, foot surgery, and sports arthroscopy. He also evaluates for conditions of the spine including sprain strains, degenerative spine disorders, and surgical necessity.
Dr. Gendy completed his Fellowship with UC San Francisco's world-renowned Prof. Roger Mann, MD. He then received a research grant and concluded his training with an unparalleled international and domestic orthopedic traveling fellowship in Switzerland, Germany, Duke University, and the Steadman Clinic to name a few. He has continues to maintain cutting edge robotic surgery skills with clerkships at Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Gendy has become the doctor to the doctors through his attention to detail, high quality surgical results and low complication rates which results in highly successful patient outcomes.
As an expert in these arenas and having a high demand busy clinical practice Dr. George Gendy often performs Independent Medical Examinations upon requests from both attorney’s, third party administrators, and adjustors for worker’s compensation and personal injury cases.
